Thanks guys, I keep pushing it down so I don't lose my shit but is a tough place to be in. Just praying she is out of the ICU in the next week and on the mend. Having children means your always doing the best you can for them, but sometimes you just have little if any control over outcomes. My heart goes out to anyone with kids that are not well.

So sorry liv2ski. Huge vibes going your way.

Thing #1 has a lifelong condition that you wouldn't know unless you were told. I've told the story before, so I don't need to do it again now. Fortunately it's reasonably manageable so far. Each day is new day.

What a gut punch. Sorry to hear and I hope for fast healing and resolution.

Thanks guys, I will update you in a few days, however yesterday I heard her on the phone and it sounded like she was talking fine, which is a big step. Her right side is pretty paralyzed, but the doctors think she is making positive progress. Thanks for the prayers, as maybe a few of you have some pull that I do not.
