Well, just because the county didn't have the right HOA address doesn't mean the HOA didn't exist or collect dues. So the HOA may have been "maintaining" the street. But really, in a moderate climate like that, how much maintenance was there? Maybe nobody was maintaining the street but nobody noticed because everything was fine. Until it wasn't.Quote:

Pretty sure they got the street and all the common ground with included the sidewalks. Street can belong to the HOA. Google earth allot of these places don't appear to have garages. Gonna be some expensive parking places.
