Is anyone else getting a little burnt out on IPA's? I've been staying away from them lately. Too filling, and the taste has lost some of its appeal.
I hear you. Sometimes I buy cheap Mexican beers at Aldi's for a casual weeknight beer. I used to think IPA'S were causing me to get migraines but I have solved that problem with appropriately timed ice coffee on nights I don't work.Quote:

I haven't gotten burnt out on West coast IPA's, although they don't seem as hoppy to me anymore. NEIPA's though, I really like 1 or 2, but the amount of yeast and adjuncts consumed cause my belly to want to turn itself inside out sometimes. That said, I have two fermenting right now...Quote:

Same, but my go-to style remains IPA. For a daily drinker I prefer a "standard IPA." Maybe something around 6-7% alcohol. Anything labeled as a double or imperial IPA should be a once in a while beer. No more than once a week for me.Quote:
