Ask Trey, he could tell you exactly what tests are performed road-side, eh?

its amazing how every state is completely different. back in the 90's in NC had two dui's in the matter of three years...never even saw the court room.Small tiny town lawyers and judges in cahoots, everything was handled on the DL with alot of money out of pocket ( 3000 first time 5000 second time, which was worth spending every penny since i didnt loose my license or anthing.....even now in Pa i think things are different than five years ago with the .08 instead of .10. Not sure how long you loose your license for on the first or second but at 41 not going to find out either. Make the wife drive everywhere. I kinda of feel that the law should be universal across the country instead of state to state....any thoughts???/
Pretty standard everywhere now. Blame Bush:
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Following through on a congressional order, the Bush administration proposed Thursday to withhold a percentage of highway money from states with drunken-driving laws that fall short of federal standards. The penalty could potentially cost states between $100 million and $400 million in construction, maintenance and safety grants over several years. States are grappling with some of their worst budget shortfalls in memory and virtually all are already committed to road and bridge repair schedules.
They are counting on federal dollars to help them pay those costs. The Bush administration proposed $29 billion in highway funding earlier this week for the next fiscal year.
It doesn't matter what Nobis was known for, how rad a skier he once was or even if he is a really nice, sincere guy when he is sober. At this point, Nobis is just another fucking loser, drunkard with multiple DUI convictions who is a god damn menace to society and pretty much deserves jail time. Having two DUI incidents of trying to out run the cops and not going quietly when they do catch him is pretty much begging to spend a few years locked up. I hope the local yokel judge does throw the book at Nobis as it will be the only thing that might smarten him up and potentially save an innocent victim from his completely out of control behavior.
