thinking of making it an annual shindig. The yurt is bomb. The owners are cool w ppl parking staying. Great vibe on the hills. Very affordable compared to big places. It's sweet.

375$ midweek pass, can start using it March 12. Insane the amount of uncrowded pow you can ski for that.
Plan on it same-ish time next year.
Unfortunately, Mrs. single popped her ACL while storm skiing at Snowbird the day before the gathering. Showing much ovarian fortitude she actually refused to head back to our home base and wanted to hang in a yurt and meet a bunch of internet ski kooks.Quote:

LMAO...I did roll in wed and skied most the day. Figured the Yurt would be an easy find....well, asking local employees was a bust. Asked about a dozen workers inbetween ski runs...none had any idea where the yurt was. I was confused being my 1st trip to Pow and had no idea about the different parking lots spread around...so I rolled back home after skiing. Guess I'll have to link my phone to the web one of these days, easily could of asked on the thread. o well.shit happens:)
