Really digging Firestone Walker's Luponic Distortion 001 right now. Readily available (somewhat), not to spendy, lots of hops nose and flavor with minimal bitterness. Could have a little more body but all in all pretty damn good. Looking forward to 002 in July I think

i personally prefer the stone low abv ipa ("go to") over the firestone one. I just picked up the SN "summer pack" case, which includes a low abv ipa that i've never heard of or tried. looking forward to having a few of those.
i always thought that utah brewers were missing the opportunity for british-style bitters, too. plenty tasty ones in britian under 3.2
Codename Superfan from Odd13 is damn good. Personally I think it's the best IPA brewed in CO you can buy outside the brewery. Comrade stuff is good but not this crushable. Reminds me of Focal Banger in that it's kinda grassy but In a good way. Did I mention crushable?
Had the DDH version at the brewery last week and was equally as impressed. This is definitely my new go to CO IPA.

Another shout out for Codename Superfan, though haven't had the pleasure of the DDH version. If you like this one, I encourage you to try Finkel & Garf IPA. Single-hopped deliciousness from Boulder. These two have emerged as my house beers for the summer drinking season. A lot of research was involved to arrive at this decision.

Tonight's lineup... NW vs MW. That Sticky Hands from Block 15 is insane. Definitely the best IPA being brewed in NW right now. Although I haven't had any Great Notion. Blows the doors off Anything from Barley Browns or Boneyard!

Lambic is so hot right now too.
Kriek, Framboise and Peche Lambics don't have flavor added or injected, they go through secondary fermentation with fruit. Not in the same league as flavor added "craft" brews.

lol, why? There are a few brewers in the US that do a secondary fermentation with fruit and I tried some good ones. The beer that has added flavor extract or fruit without a second fermentation isn't good in my opinion. If you like it, good for you. It's not the same as Lindeman Lambic.
I like all kinds of beer, so I don't wish for certain types to not be made, I just don't buy them.
I hope Blue Cheese goes away...[emoji6]
