A member of the forum gave me these 192 Bros. I always wanted a pair, but was always broke when it came to throwing down some bread.
After a few turns I thought they'd ski a little better if I moved the mount point forward 1.5 cms. So... I mounted my own fucking skis. I got all the bits and stuff I needed this past Summer and have been doing mounts for friends and family.
As a boot guy, I've always been somewhat intimidated by the more committing aspects of back shop work. It occurred to me I have to lay out points and drill stuff all the time- why not skis? Go slow, measure thrice and then proceed. Do not have people around watching. Charge them triple for watching.
In my good collection of vintage skiing goodies, these PM Gear Bro Models are my new favorite. They're an awesome part of skiing and TGR forum history.
