Somebody needs to come up with a picture of the back end of that new tyrolia clamp. Curious how they have executed "full heel release"
What show is going on that all these pics are coming from? OR?
I don't remember where I heard this but I am under the impression that for the past few years Blizzard/Technica has produced their "top shelf / pro athlete / flagship" models in orange or black&orange colorway (Cochise, Bones, 0G105, R11, Firebird, FB130, M1-130, Cochise130, ZGTP, etc...)
.....The Hustle 10 is orange..... (not the Hustle 11).... Maybe the H10 is the flagship of the Hustle line, a touring ski designed for their Freeride athletes?
That Armada Locator 112 looks sick! Love the shape of that ski.
I’ve always thought that they did the underfoot radius on the M102 and K108 backwards. IMO, the M102 could stand to have a slightly smaller radius under foot and the K108 slightly larger. Maybe that would make the K108 harder to ski for some folks? Dare to dream.
Scarpa 2022 Workbook - F1 XT looks like a good option for those that dont trust BOA, or want to get away from the big velcro strap/buckle...
Also some photos/specs on the new alpine boots

Salomon catalog is here now.

The touring boot comes in a few variations. The S Lab version does have a Velcro strap in addition to the velcro buckle and is listed at 1050 grams. Pretty damn light. No flex ratings listed though.
interesting, of note:
New 106 ski - strangely offered in 181 and 189, and somewhat suprisingly with longer radii than Blanks... Go figure eh.

new touring offering too

That Tour Scout boot is sexy. Looks like they are trying to fix the shitty power strap, I love the cam buckle but the quick release looks fiddly. Can we assume the Tour Pro will be updated similarly?
any word on the cochise line? that zgtp shank gonna transfer over?
Man, I feel this is the year of the ugly ski

Considering the shape is pretty similar to my beloved Lhasa’s, it has me a little excited. If they ski similarly I’d be stoked. This is more of how a ski actually skis than looks for me. On paper they seem similar, just skinnier. TETO..
None of you pow skis have tapered tips? Hell the only ski I own that doesn’t have a tapered tip is my Monster 82’s.
Curious to learn more about this ski - apparently Aymar Navarro has gotten his own version of the Backland 117. I wonder if it has a different construction or not - the standard version seems a bit undergunned for FTW, even if he is a smaller if sturdy guy on a giant ski.

Oh yeah (as declarative as my post was) taper's all good in pow skis for me. The old 138 and Renegade are the only two pow skis I've loved over the past decade. It's daily driver skis (roughly a 112 waist and below in my eyes) where I can't stand big tapered tips.
And really, those Armada's could be a sick ski. It's just the graphic highlighting the taper that makes the whole ski look a little silly to me. Like a not subtle reminder that the only "real" part of the ski is before the graphic ends. The rest is useless (probably floppy) tips. But, of course, that's just me, and clearly, I have unresolved issues with my few runs on the 112RP and sound like an old man yelling at clouds
I see that the double-sidewall tech is now on the new QST106, too. Would love to know if the tail rocker profile was tweaked at all. I always felt that it's off-trail performance would improve is it had a touch more rocker. Might be worth another look.
Also, for all those people who were worried about the STH2 bindings going away...the 16 remains, but the 13 appears to be gone. I suppose my hoarding wasn't in vain after all.
