I don't have a spare half-moon, but I do have a cracked base plate from my earlier post that you could harvest the spring from. I don't really want to try and dismantle the thing.

Hello TGR world. Just did a cast conversion so I’ve got some regular alpine AFD’s + towers that have never seen snow, as well as a “kit lighter free fks” kit that came in the box w/ my fresh pivots. Looks like the kit has screws, 2x 4mm shims and two smaller shims. If anybody needs these parts, make me an offer. Located in seattle, can ship.

Happened to me as well on those exact toes. Sucks because the newer AFD plates you can get from rossi don’t fit. I couldn’t find a replacement so I got a sheet of Teflon and cut a piece to fit and then glued it in. Works fine but always feels a little wonky messing with anything AFD related

Yeah, luckily I have a good group of old hoarders around here, they are for my lady’s skis, and someone’s coming through with a toe
