Also notice the low red hair count. I wanted this to have some more head on it. So I pulled it before it had 50% red, and very few ambers.

I like it with fewer red hairs too and a little more decorative leafing, like a Bonsai.
I just want to say thanks again bobby for the awesome pics, you're a horticultural artist!
Thanks t.odd!
Here is the last episode of Weed Wars. Glad their were only 4 episodes. Shits weak.

Stevie D is a money grubbing douche, who only wants to keep Cannabis illegal, for his own fiscal gain. Fuck him and his "meds".

I never bothered unpacking the bag, whip is great, except the screen in the bowl doesn't want to stay put.
Amazon was running a package deal - EQ 4 + MFLB for $250 (I think), regretting now that I didn't just throw down and get them both. If you're ever up Stowe way I'll contribute to test the goods!
Bobby, those pictures are amazing (these last two especially, made my mouth water a little bit), keep 'em coming!
I got so bored yesterday I named by bongs.
My green one is called Lil' Kim Jong Bong. If I posted a picture you would know why that's the case.
For my travel bong, I took a little hat from a teddy bear and put it on the top inhaling part of the bong because I kept knocking it over and spilling bong water. It is now called Pepe Le Bleu.
I personally see the opposite towards Stevie as he is pressured to talk about the "high" by the intense pressure of the whole industry legitimized medically.
He is valuable IMO, in that he has that side of the trade legitimized with the proper strains being used and tested, and trust in the community. His rhetorical tone about comparing one (high THC) to the other (high CBDs) kind of sucks. Maybe quit that and focus on all the positives of all the strains.
There are many top brain scientists as well as other researchers in the world today helping to show the beneficial brain effects Cannabis has for human's well being and stress. As humans age, our ability to deal with stress diminishes with the rapid decline of the mighty adrenal gland. Add in years of heavy coffee abuse.....
Well being and release from anxiety is obviously had with smoking cannibis and getting high (duh). When we focus on those effects, rather than the stigma, we will move forward. Bobby, don't let the character of Larry Savage fool you, everyone knows enlightenment occurs.
^^^ Agreed
I will be ringing in the newyear with london cheese and nydiesel.
I have been collecting "pollen" all week to top it off
where is a good place to buy a bubbler online?

Update, FWIW, on treating nausea and depression that my Mom has been suffering over the last year after her surgery.
Appears Indica strains helps the most, however she's old school and still prefers a glass of wine to take the edge off and get some sleep.
I'm trying to boost her serotonin levels through diet and getting her out of the house for a walk everyday.
She's a tough bird, at 78 she use to run ten miles a day and I think the lack of exercise is the main cause of the depression and nausea.
What do you do as a life long athlete who knows the end is near?
Question for those in the know, which Indica strains have the highest CBL and lowest THC content?
You are on the right track, with the Indica strains.
One that sticks out in my mind is Tom Hill's Deep Chunk.
Not sure if you are looking for something in seed form, or flowers?
If you are in a non-med state, then most anything commercial will lean towards the indica side, as it finishes quicker than a sativa. Making it the obvious choice for cash croppers.
PM me if you want to know a reputable seed site. Also, if your Mom is not a fan of smoking, a Volcano might be the answer. Edibles also seem to have a more narcotic effect IMO.
Prayers out to you and your family.
I have been internet researching the THC and CBD/CBL levels in strains, there is no set guideline or strain with more or less as hybrids are the rule it seems.
Harborside (the one featured in weed wars) uses a mass spectrometer and actually posts % of each and most hybrids can be engineered in either direction it seemed from cursory research. Legitimate medical product needs to have something like this IMO.
Pulling the trigger on a vaporizer tonight. We're going with an Arizer.
Now, if someone could help me out (I couldn't find any info with a quick search) with the difference between the Extreme-Q and the V Tower Extreme, I'd be most appreciative.
get the new one, the extreme Q. It is more expensive on the Arizer site, but looks to be the same here....

I've been on my Volcano pretty steady. Got strep last Friday.
^Dude, huh?^ Fucking awesome Bobby, where did you find that?
how’s the pooch?
It's not mine. Just found it on the web. I need to commission a blower to make one for me.
Marley is doing good. Thanks for asking.
Good looking out!
Ordering one today.
Thanks for the well wishes.
Vape got here last night. Been experimenting with different temps and find ~200C to be optimal operating temerature. Kief works well on top of bowls and have been dicking around with small amounts of wax. I'm too scared to do my usualy amount of wax since it's probably not good for the heating element to have wax dripping all over it.
What's everyone's preferred vaping temp?
just under 7, mine doesnt tell me the temp. I would guess it is around 190-200.
Endless fall in colorado. I am going skateboarding.

Mitt Romney is a fucking “ritard"...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YibZf7G3wjs
What an idiot.
I'm actually rather amazed by his behavior. It shocks me that a guy who is campaigning for our highest office is that inept. There are numerous ways he could have answered the question which would have made him look better. He just looks like an asshole, and an asshole who does not want to engage in intelligent discourse. And he does so with a camera in his face.
I hope this goes viral, Romney turning his back on a guy in a wheel chair who is extremely sick. It was so rude it just boggles the mind. Most politicians have mastered the art of saying nothing, but looking OK. I guess Mitt needs some work with that.
And this is coming from someone who has not smoked weed in 4 years, maybe longer. I'm amazed that someone on a campaign trail would be so obnoxious and disrespectful. I really can't believe that is the best he can do.
Quoted for truth...
My favorite part of the video is when Romney asks the man if he has taken all the LEGAL medications. How is it that you could be so backwards as to think taking addictive & destructive opiates is better than just smoking a fucking plant. To boot, this guy is running for our top office and will ultimately make decisions that impact you & me. You know, I have been reading Zinn’s - People’s history, and this country and it’s leaders need an old fashioned REVOLT! But I suspect that everyone is so wrapped up in there fucking 4G (me included) to do anything except what they are told and move along like sheeple.
end rant-
Weed is Bad...Hmmm Okay.
Looks like some of the same old shitty inhale and stimulate your brain explanation. Decent 3D diagrams I suppose...
What I really like about marijuana is the neurobiology behind it. From what I understand THC and other cannabinoids act on the pre synaptic neuron. The body synthesizes endogenous cannabinoids (Anandamide) to act on these pre synaptic receptors and are synthesized on demand by the post synaptic neuron. This mechanism isn't well understood but is found is nearly all cells in the body. Its an exciting area of research.
Here's a little eye candy for your brain that isn't some shitty graphics from NatGeo.
This is a confocal microscope (microscope that uses lasers as the light source) image of a transgenic mouse brain (sagital slice). The mouse had a viral vector that inserted a green florescent protein into GAD65 genes (I can't remember the significance of it other than a genetic type of mouse), and the red are cannabinoid receptors (CB1). When you inhale, these parts of your brains see the most impact, although CB1 isn't super excited about THC, more so that would be CB2.
Attachment 108069
On a random side note... Anyone try spice? Its affinity for CB1 is vastly greater than THC and has a wondrous effect of giving you a seizure. Seems far worse than the real deal...
