As someone with more than passing knowledge of the tech and the capabilities - good to see some level-headed takes on what it will take to move things forward. I think his words aren't always backed up by his actions, but you get deep enough into the reality of the data of the world and you tend to see a lot people differently. ^I think we are still a decade or two away from any real use cases of robots replacing humans except in small or fixed roles where we already have them in place.
Amazon has been working on this for over a decade and the problem isn't the robot processing power, it's the maintenance and backend support that keep it from being implemented. Overall just more hype to boost the stock.
