Telecurious? I have Scarpa T2 eco boots for 27.5 or 28 mondo without liners in fair condition and some Rosignol skis with Rotte Cobra bindings in good condition free for local pickup 80033. Skis are 178 cm length and 80ish mm at the waist. I'm happy to post photos if somebody can help me make it work, but..........

It would be monochromatic, but you could outfit an entire teenager that will be in larges a year from now - black diamond d-ring style belt (red!) probably good up to 34in waist - arcteryx 3-point suspenders, maybe from proclines
