North facing heights still holding good snow as of this am. Even had a Peruvian-in-the-wild sighting, easily identifiable by his toxic yellow helmet. Great to catch up, even if briefly. And he even saved some surfiness for me!

I haven’t quite seen it all yet, but after seeing a girl *snowplowing* down Black Magic yesterday, I feel like I am one step closer. My kid - who doesn’t yet have a fully developed filter - asked her if she was on the right trail [emoji23]. I was a bit torn between sticking around to make sure she made it out, and getting out of the way of a possible uncontrolled slide. I chose the latter. I figured her boyfriend probably talked her into it, so he can deal with it!
I didn’t see anyone being carted out on a sled on our ride up Black, so I guess she made it [emoji2369]

I hear ya, was taking a break at sunshine corner Friday midday enjoying an authorized UC with a buddy. Couple of guys roll up, talking about how hairy the woods run they skied was - too narrow , barely enough room to turn - but they persevered against traffic Down the uphill trail…. [emoji849].
^ That was a favorite off the map glade/trail long before it became the official uphill trail. So rippable with new snow.
