The biggest downside I see to the rise in popularity of that stuff is that even fewer people than before are making ice water and dry ice hash. Sure, they aren't quite as pure or potent, but the complexity of flavor and the depth of the high is nicer. I get that the yield is lower than with butane, but who cares.

I agree 100%. The best product I have ever had the pleasure of smoking was some pure Hindu Kush, pressed ice water hash. I would love to try some water hash produced from a pure Sativa cut, but the Hindu Kush high was a great balance of stress relief/body stone, without making you drool like a slackjawed idiot. It seems like many of the modern indica crosses are too stupefying. I enjoy that full body stone, but I still want to be able to form a coherent sentence.Quote:
