Is the frame storage bracket spaced the same as a water bottle cage? Like, could I use it on a different frame instead of a water bottle?

Yeah, that's pretty nice. I've got water bottle bolts on my Tracer that are too close to the shock to ever have a bottle on them. I have a bottle cage with one of those shimano half-bottle storage things (below), but this would fit in the space better.

I just found out Adidas has discontinued the 5.10 Freerider VCS (kids version). It was literally the only legit bike shoe for kids. Adidas can eat a big fat dick.
I feel you. They’ve fucked up the 5.10 climbing stuff as well.

RANT
Some asshole has been spreading glass on the local trails. Real dick move, but nobody’s caught the perp and there’s tons of walkers on the trails, so it’s pretty hard to narrow things down.
Ooh, I have one!
I have four sets of DT hubs. Three 240’s, and one set of road ‘1400’ something or another. The 240’s I can swap among the bikes without adjusting the calipers whatsoever. The cheaper ‘1400’ ones are not spaced the same, they are a fraction of a mm outboard (so I couldn’t shim them even if I could find a .5mm Centerlock spacer).
First world problem, for sure, but annoying when I want to put the skinny wheels on the gravel bike...
I think I am just going to go the monocle route, and get another set of 240’s.
I hate those wheels anyway...
1st world problems. Can build some nice light wheels w those 240's. Jelly

Biking partners.
1 regular buddy is constantly 15 minutes late. Gotten to the point that I say, lets meet at XX o'clock, I show up at XX:15. and am usually there 1st. Gives me time to check the bike and shock pressures.
I thought that was early in ski town time?

My rule used to be 10 minutes (back when I actually rode with people who didn't live in my house). If we agree to meet at 9:00, I'm starting riding at 9:10 whether you're there or not. I don't have that much time to ride and I'd rather ride alone than be sitting around waiting.
Before every ride: “I’m gonna clean this hydration bladder after the ride”
During the ride: “I’m gonna lube the chain and bleed the brakes after the ride”
After the ride: “I’ll deal with that shit before the next ride”
