Putin has all but admitted he lost his war. He is privately begging for peace, while publicly manipulating his puppet Trump to serve him Ukraine on a platter. The time for arguing about whether Russia can win the war is over. The time to push all possible aid to Ukraine is now.

Maybe someday Trump & Co will realize the only way to get Putin to negotiate is to wreck Russia's ability to wage war, instead of undermining Ukraine's ability to defend itself. Russia was not winning, not by a long shot, until Trump reversed the equation

The entire untied states strategic bomber force, approx 150 aircraft, with conventional payloads, could not stop the Russia war making ability.

No need to be so dramatic. The Russian economy was quite literally collapsing up until Trump threw Putin a lifeline. Just look at a Ruble chart from this past December to now. Moscow had closed its stock exchange, Russian central banker Elvira Nabiullina had stated publicly she was no longer able to control inflation without raising the key rate beyond the already high 21-percent, and Russia's major industries were on the brink of collapse.
All of that is still true to some extent, but since Trump's inauguration their economy has pulled back from disaster just enough to keep the war going. The only thing left keeping the Russian economy alive is record oil & gas export revenues which sustain the Russian war machine. Russia is devoting more than 40-percent of its economy to the war effort. Anything non-defense is stagnating or shrinking in real terms due an official 10-percent (>20-percent real) inflation rate.
The appearance of a growing Russian economy is an illusionary synthetic reality based on labor shortages, enormous government spending on war material & troop costs, and exhausted production capacity. Without military spending the Russian economy is cooked. Putin is caught in an economic trap of his own making. Tighten sanctions & increase export transaction costs, and Putin's war is done
