Was able to wire all the gates at KC finally. Fine tuning the system with a couple of bugs to work out, but for the most part it seems to work fine. I printed my pass and it opened each of the gates. I did a little dance every time I passed through.

Thanks! Turns out I know one of Nates cousins. Haven't run into him again, but I've spent little time up to KC. Concentrating on other resorts. Snow King last weekend. Our faithful and loyal doggo Charlie has been diagnosed with terminal cancer. A couple of months is what we have at most and we are making her as happy and comfortable as possible. She still has a good appetite.... so ice cream and special dog treats, as much as she wants, are available to her 24/7. She's a good girl. We were hoping for a couple more years... but 14 will have to do.
