Got out for a short afternoon float. I went 1 for 5 on the streamer. Tried to feed a couple rising fish but no luck. Picky fuckers. Sounds like it was pretty slow for the others in our group.

WTF is with flows dropping to 900cfs this morning? Will be in Browns Park next week and was really looking forward to a consistent 1800cfs during the day.

Holy fuck that was fun. I wish one of the mods would quit having buttsex with Jer and I could post pics. Fishwise this was our best 4/20 ever. While most of the crew did a B on Friday we floated an Indian to Swallow and did real well. Brought five fish to the net and lost a couple others, moved a bunch more. Saturday was a bit slower but we still brought a couple to the net and I was stoked to see Bryan get one. He’s been to the last three 4/20s and this was his first fish. He admittedly doesn’t try very hard but was super excited to get one to the boat.
These trips are always kinda like herding cats, everyone has their own agenda and nobody wants to make a decision. We made it all work out and I think everyone had fun. Looking forward to seeing Roo’s video and interpretation of it all.
