Grilamid = lighter, but way less damped / progressive (on/off flex).
PU= damper, heavier - better in variable snow and for progreessive power transfer.
They all have different liners as well.
I used to run xt3 pro tours whose liners was no bueno, but then I came to realize that that boot doesn't really make sense - might as well go for something that weighs the same or lighter that tours significantly better.
I run xt3 140lvs most days out skiing, and they work pretty well.
