I have some center cut bacon in my fridge at home.
Thanks for bumping this...I just realized we have no bacon whatsoever in our refrig. I have to get my ass to the store and remedy this, or I'm going to be posting up one of those WWMD threads!
Also I just want to say that anytime is a good time for bacon.

Just Had a ham, turkey and bacon sandwich. Used the leftover, solidified bacon grease from breakfast as a spread....... only if I had some beer batter and a deep frier in my office......, I could have fried it.
