Anyone else get cold feet/toes with the their zip fits? GFT in a Atomic Hawx 130. Never really had issues with toe's getting cold in the past. I have boots on pretty much the loosest setting (slack in the buckles even) and still get cold toes.

Funny, I find my zipfit warmer than stock liners (exclusively Lange) I don't think I used my heated socks once last season and did not bother transferring my heated footbeds in.
That being said Fernie is not the coldest place on earth.
I'd like to know what type of hockey tape works too. I did run a cloth footbed tape over the spine bolts in my boots that worked for part of a season but it eventually degraded.
Tuck tape like for sealing Tyvek? Does it get "gummy" after a while?

Tuck tape doesn’t get gummy. But it can take some persuading to stick. I put it down the liner. But if your shell has a lot of grippy contours, do a strip of gorilla tape for reinforcement and then a strip of tuck tape on top of that to be slippery.
I tried the tape methods being discussed and it worked for 5 ski days and ended up a balled up mess and sticky no matter what. A boot horn is all that is needed.
Ultra High Molecular Weight (UHMW) Polyethylene tape, applied in a few vertical strips to the back of the boot, has served me well. Nice and slippery, stiff enough to stand up to seasons of use.

Just saying the leather in the workhorse is so so good. I’m using my Zipfit Workhorses in Nordica Strider 120’s. Got custom footbeds in em. I swear the Strider boot feels stiffer with the ZF Workhorse versus with the standard Nordica cork liner.
I also bought some extra zip fit omfit cork and a plunger (even though the Workhorse is High Volume just so I had some) but so far am just using them stock how they came. I have a normal heel, normal calf, pretty high instep, widish forefoot, very short foot.
Been trying both a booster strap (against the tongue of the liner), and have also kept the wide Nordica Velcro strap on for going over the booster. With the two straps it really secures the boot tongue tight on my shin. Though I may be fine with just the Booster. I removed the internal Velcro strap that is stock on the Zipfit liner as it’s a pain in the ass being inside the shell.
I’ve added a sticky Velcro patch to the back of the ZF liner, to be able to use a Dalbello Velcro spoiler in the back, as the cuff of the Workhorse is not as thick as the cuff on the Nordica liners.
All I can say is holy crap the tightness of the fit and the heel/foot hold is awesome. I’ve had both Intuitions and Surefoot liners in the past and these hold way better. The leather is definitely a pain to get on. But now I’m used to putting the liner on first, and then using the shoe horn to get into the shell.
I spent $600 CAD on leather Zipfits and have a better fit/hold than spending $1,000 on custom liners at Surefoot. And they are way burlier. I have a second pair of Striders, and I'll use the lighter Nordica cork liner in those for touring.

^^ The latest WCSW has the same internal construction: leather and neoprene. The newest Corsa is leather throughout.
^^accidentally deleted my post when editing. Was saying that I found it intersting the WH has neoprene tongue and back strip where ZF's I've known in past have been full leather. I like what they did with the WH as the heel and ankle is where I noticed the leather hold most.
if the WH had been available when I purchased my Gara's I may have opted for the WH's. Although the cuff height and length of cuff "support" on the Gara would def factor in in their favor. The WH and Freeride look a bit shorter height.
