The real estate market in Squamish (30 miles south of Whistler) continues to be nuts. Here's a nice fixer-upper you can have for $1.8MM Canadian. I like how the description says it's got a "70s vibe." That's a bit more than a vibe! Clearly you're paying for the large lot with this one.
