You can overnight park at the trailheads in Franconia notch state park no problem. Lafayette campground or falling waters trailhead. Might be nicer than the Walmart.Quote:

As promised! 15 miles in and out to make the most of a 48 hour window between the blizzard and the fog and rain that ruined it. Grateful to be able to head up there with an awesome crew with the experience and stamina to make the most of it!Quote:
