While true, we are also the victims of many AZ, TX, and CA plates with FWD and all-seasons clogging up any grade greater than 4%. Getting home at 1pm was a challenge, I can't imaging a bell departure today.

The peoples canyon wasn't too terrible with a 315 exit from soli (slow but moving) until just above the S turns. I ended up about 12 cars behind some douche in a 2wd going less than 10m/h the rest of the way down. I imagine it got way worse for the folks behind me.Quote:

I know it's been mentioned that getting a reservation for parking at Brighton shouldn't be hard. Are there any tricks other than logging in exactly when they release them the prior day? I've been checking multiple times per day to see if there are any cancelations, but no dice for a reservation for next Monday yet. Any tips/guidance would be greatly appreciated. Seems crazy they sell a day pass for $140 but it doesn't come with a parking reservation, so you might not even be able to use it.
Also, I'll be up there Monday, Tuesday and another day or two if any Mags want to connect. Will be with family, but my older boys can keep up.

Today at the bird was sweet. Was the first real storm skiing day with refills of my season. True cold smoke over a supportive layer from the previous few days.
