A friend of mine named "Scrappy," who some of the Vail mags may know, used to skimboard competitively in the mid 90s. He showed me pics and vids of getting towed into waves too, just fuckin' around before/after comps. Yes it's harder to surf on a SB because there aren't any skegs, but Mr. Domke isn't the first, or alone, in that skill.Quote:

Most of the impact unloaded behind him so most likely he just went through the rinse cycle without hitting bottom.
