Great communication. Good at describing condition, then skis arrived in even better condition than his description sounded, and better condition than what his low price would imply. Bonus points for his willingness to ship from USA to Canada. Even bigger props for shopping around to get quotes from multiple shipping services on this oversized balloon-fee package. By far the most thoroughly padded/protected packing job for any used ski I've ever bought---like so perfect that I'm literally gonna advise him he should feel free to lower his packing standards on his future deals. :)
