Somebody posted a few pics on the NYSB forum. It’s ugly alright. Looks like it had enough force to take out some windows and glass doors
Lotta snowmaking dollars running down the Carrabassett River today. Perfectly groomed bike trails I rode yesterday along the river are under water today. We will rise again...

The corporate boards of Vail, Ikon, and Powdr, are all split into the I told you so in the face of the snowmaking gung hoe side. Awful timing. Xmas is destroyed, along with the bizarre Covid lodging debacle going on where I hear housing is being cancelled for Xmas weeks based on out of state addresses, which, is like, most skiers in Vermont during Xmas. No way they crank the guns for January, but, what do I know. Just caught a story in a phone conversation of a family that flew from Nashville to Jackson to ski and then Yellowstone for a few days, because, why not? A whole family. What the fuck.
Sunapee was craptastic, but at least they were spinning a couple lifts for Christmas.

1" of snow at 11pm, guess that's technically a white Christmas.
Never have I ever seen a snowpack evaporate so quickly
Magic posted a gut punch yesterday.

Delayed opening at Cannon. Just need to patch up the WROD for the holiday crowd.
Heal up fast man

Anyone know whats up @ Gunstock?
Any chance the park features will be OK by tomorrow afternoon?
Saddleback today...making the most of it
The saddest thing was the empty pub. On a Saturday after xmas with less than marginal conditions that place would otherwise be packed and so fun.
Cannon got it together and is skiing ok considering. If you don't mind the guns.
Woods are almost good to go again.
