No idea. It has been quite confusing. At first the City Council said "we might not agree with it but the people have spoken and MJ is now legal so we're going to participate". Then the citizens freaked out and the CC backed down and instituted a moratorium then all the sudden this new vote happened. The article in our local paper is equally confusing but did say that the CC decided the tax revenue would be worth the risk <roll eyes>

Whatever the reason I'm happy to see it happen. Less so for the availability and more so for implementing something that was voted on and passed.

Bobby did you say you didn't like the standard o-pen stylus battery? Mine lasts a good while and is low maintenance just requires a relatively long charge of a couple hours.

Battery quality fluctuates wildly - I can get an18650 for my headlamp for 2$ on eBay that took slow boat ride here, but like bf's pen - they don't last so long. You find one with 6 month or year warranty on battery and they are more likely quality cells. I think their assumption is that the pen will be lost in first week so battery doesn't need to last much longer than that.
