30 to 40 knots, probably.
STOLs like the 172, 185, and Beaver have stall speeds around 60 mph.
And Super Cubs, which that plane looks a lot like, take off and land around 30 to 40 knots. I'm guessing it's closer to 40 with floats on, but IDK.
