Saw a guy at a race track one time stand in front of a tire and stick his foot out to stop it. Kinda turned out like the car thing.
I was at the 1987 Indy 500 and a tire came off a car, got punted by another car and it flew up in the air and killed a guy about 10 rows behind me.
