Just picked up two fifths of Dram myself. Only have 1.5 bottles left after a week. Also grabbed an OF BIB, EC 18 yr, and a Bookers. A little heavy on 18 yrs in the basement but good to keep for a really nice gift for a big client or wedding etc. And I’m not into it enough for the price so it doesn’t hurt knowing someone else is drinking it.

the one whistlepig i would keep a very close eye out for is the amburana (cachaca barrel aged)
boss hog and old world are also just absolute treats

Had some wood for reserve double barrel tonight. Nice, smooth, little heat at end..fruity notes. Couldn't exactly pick all of them out due to too many beers. Might have a better eval tomorrow. Don't know that it's worth $75/bottle, maybe 50, but I'm kinda overplayed on the woodford lineup personally.

The Glencairn is one of 4. I’ve never tried a cocktail syrup before, but I think it’ll be nice in a travel tote. The travel decanter is much nicer than I expected (I bought that for the household).

Bat mastersons 10 year old rye tonight. Typically not a rye guy, but wow...just the right amount of heat, some spice, and a nice mellow finish. Warms right down through center of chest. Well worth the $65 price tag.

After further review, and not being much of a rye guy, that mastersons is pretty tasty. Honey and pear/apple notes. Plenty of good heat and spice. Need more drinks to give final review.
Also had the angels envy rye. Wow sweet. Vanilla and maple syrup is the main notes. Probably comes from the rum barrels. Bit to sweet for me, but smooth as silk for a rye..

Scored a bottle of EH Taylor and was really impressed, hadn't had it before (that I can remember). My brother was equally impressed and the bottle somehow made it back home with him after Christmas. Went to go grab another bottle from the LLS, I knew they had at least two more in the back, both gone! On the search now.
