Can we talk about Altuve missing the base last night? Of all the players to make a huge mental error I wouldn’t have guessed it would be him.

That was only the 3rd double play from an outfielder in the post season ever. All 3 have happened this season. Personally I blame it on how the playoffs are structured.

Well according to this the first OF-assisted DP in the postseason occurred in the Braves series.

Yeah I’m trying to remember one specifically but I’m sure it’s happened

I’m not sure getting thrown out at home counts as an official double play.

Edit: I looked it up and it does still count as a double play.
