I went last night. Know what I hate? I hate sitting cross-legged. 20 minutes we sat there - yuk! It hurts, it doesn't feel good - even after we are done. The other stuff is ok, especially the low back and hamstring stretches.
I also hate it when the instructor rings that little gong, blows smoke (incest - it's still smoke) in my face, and starts mis-labeling body parts. That last one was funny. I think I was the only one who chuckled at it though.
Bullet- where do you practice? My teachers don't use a gong, nor do they burn incense. I take that back, I've had two teachers who do - Erich S and Ira R (who is now Govindas or something - and he also plays a bizarre organ at the end of class while singing...).
