Those look sick!
Especially next to each other.
Any interest in trading the Pit Viper for a NIB Hot Laps?

I’m out west and the oldest was on a Carson last year with an 84mm waist and he spent most of the year in the white room. He specifically asked for wider skis so he can float more.

Becoming a grandparent yesterday and having the newborn’s first ski (JR 95)-Christmas present show up a few hours later is as good as it gets

... And trigger pulled!
I've been eyeing these for a few years, but have been (and still am bloated at this waist width).
But these look like fun!
Be interesting to see how they compare to the FR110s.
I can't wait to ski them. Small camber underfoot (hard to believe it's the 4mm Keith advertises). Loooong rocker lines front and rear. Honestly very similar to the Hotshot's that I daily.
I think they'll ski short for 190's, but have enough support to smash bigger lines. I'm excited. Looks like a really fun ski and totally my style.
Mounted mine on the line with STH2's that were kicking around. I think I would have done Pivot's if I had some on the loose.
I just got the last 187 GPO's from the discount page. I'm stoked to try these, and for the record, I think the skull/octo graphic is killer.
Finally got on my 190 Mind Sticks. Freakin' bad ass ski. I think I might daily them. Only thing they don't do is rail tight turns, but I didn't expect a 115 wide ski to do that. They point down hill amazingly. Smash chop, pivot and smear. I'm in love. Today will be day three on them. Thanks for such a rad ski, Keith!!
My Skinny Quixote's just arrived!

The biggest problem with praxis skis is that they last for ever. Picked up some MVP 94's to go with the rest of the praxis quiver. I do need another pair of protests...
It finally snowed, so I got to take the FRS's out for their maiden voyage. Good snow all day, so not a particularly good test for the skis, but I had a lot of fun. Christened them with a healthy core shot, as is the theme in this low snow year. But entirely fixable, so no big deal. Multiple lift lines agree: they're very pretty.

Mounted the Skinny Quixote's up yesterday. Excited to take them out in the Tahoe snow for a test drive this coming weekend, will let yall know how they do

Very true! I already laid a bunch of ptex into mine, so no pics unfortunately. It wasn't anything too exciting though - just a regular 'ol core shot near the edge (but the edge held strong!). It was a pretty hard hit - I think a lot of other skis would've taken even more damage.
funny. we had a slow start here in CO and my g/f said to me "are those your rock skis?" referring to my MVPs. I replied "I guess? you'd never know it though"
I've smoked more rocks than Tyrone Biggums on those skis, and they have only superficial scars with no real damage to speak of. I guess a tune will make sense sooner or later.
hows abouts some free bindings? friday deadline...
