Those two lifts to get back to Siberia will still be faster than Chair 6. Considering the line that develops on 6 on a pow day, the 13 minute ride, not including the geek-stops that always happen, the slow-downs caused by mechanical issues on that old chair, etc., it should be faster taking two lifts and should further conserve snow in Siberia. Also, not that many people really ski Lakeside proper. Most will take the new triple and head to the east with Whiplash being the first run to get hit. In my experience, everything from Misfortune and up toward the top doesn't really get hit too hard. It's above the ability levels of most skiers so usually stays pretty good for a longer period of time. Granted, it will all get skied out sooner than it does now but that will include being able to get five runs in an hour versus two or three as it now stands. You'll get your vertical, only quicker. Then you can start hitting Siberia or wherever and probably still have some good turns left.
