One downside to being in keto was no more epic craps, just rabbit turds.
I like being able to eat half a pizza then drop a load in the morning that makes me feel 8 pounds lighter, very satisfying way to start the day.

Maybe it was a combination of the intermittent fasting and not eating enough salads.
But hey I lost weight so I guess having a good crap should be seen as a privilege and not a right if your diet consists of mostly meats and cheeses.

Smoking weed also helps when fasting.
Anytime I had a craving for food I would smoke a bowl then forget I was hungry.
