Your situation sounds very much like mine a decade ago. Wife was fucking a long distance co-worker, yet didn't want to split, and freaked the fuck out when I went to an attorney...so much so I thought she was going to kill someone else, and herself because she was driving when I told her as I was pulling up at the lawyers office.
I ended up not going in that day..but the next.
I also went to "counseling" even though I knew it was done and she lied the whole time. (I knew she'd fucked the guy and she didn't know I knew) McGyver...
Interesting part...I ended up having sex with the other guys wife a few times (do not recommend)
Worst part... She took a moving box full of my baseball cards...including KGjr rookies..but denied.
I now have a better looking, 10yr younger wife and a great kid.
