Just curious, has your MD discussed all the life style issues associated with insomnia, or why you might need all these drugs? Has she actually tried to find solutions beyond the pharmacy? I am not say pills are wrong, just that there are not always right either.
I also find it hard to imagine anybody who has a healthy, outdoor lifestyle like skiers, bikers, et al having a vitamin D issue, but I live in southern CA. I am curious what the real MDs here think of that?
