If you turn right at that row of trees and drive for about 4 miles you will come to my parents ranch where I grew up. I don't remember the pterodactyls being that thick this time of year.
One afternoon about 8 or 10 of us went to that crossroads bar, mostly for the novelty of having an indoor cigarette. We each had at least 2 beers and we got a 6er to go.
Our tab was $24.50.
Sounds about right, I used to go in there when I was around 12 with my dad and belly up to the bar and get myself a can of Coors. I thought every kid drank beer. Used to be named Edelweiss, have no idea what the current name is.Quote:
