The R110s, which could be described as humanoid FL113s with a more turn friendly sidecut, are proper all mountain, long turn carvers, with enough area underfoot to float for days. Was released in a small batch on this side of new year's, but sold out in a matter of hours. Will be available in 194, 187 and 180.

Yup. It started for me with the FR132 and r99 but now it’s gotten totally out of hand. FR110, FL105, C113, C90, r87 and just ordered the 120R and 105R. My wallet hurts but the skiing is damn good these days. All my other skis have been relegated to the bench for the most part. Marshal has special magic in these skis.
I sent Marshal a pair of woodgrain Volkl Sanouks last winter as a nudge to make a swallowtail. The sanouk has such a unique feeling in fresh pow but is really one dimensional. I know the DB Tabla Rasa has some influence here too. This ski is going to be rad, great in pow but will have a backbone to ski all day on a powder day.

Also playing the "which Heritage Lab skis would make a good quiver for me" game right now. Currently thinking "179" HB122, 186 R105, and 185 BC105 based on talking with MO a bit. Gah! I have a pair of AM120s (last season's R120 with the 50/50 build) and they're great (really great) skis, but in my head just don't quite "fit" into my three-ski quiver, which is the number (I think) I'd like to be at.
Question: are the BC and new R rocker profiles the same? Or slightly different?
I think profiles are just a little different, iirc a touch more splay on the BC profiles than R/FL

1. Mount at -2cm for proper weighting for tip smashing Steeze but still maintaining slashy pivoty goodness
2. Based on my experience with the R110, Rail groomers harder than any 116+mm ski ever made (not joking or blowing smoke)
How about at 200lbs plus gear? Still a 187 not a 193?
I’m 225 and will be skiing the 187 as you describe. Storm days. In the woods. Low vis. Slashing turns. Etc.
I certainly own 194’s for when it’s blue, but so do you!
for what you are talking about terrain/day wise, if you wanted to bump up to the 193, I’d go with the FR. But I think the 187 R is the right call for you. Like so completely yes.
So dims on the R120ST (145-120-140) kind of look like a Lotus (120 140-120-125) (a ski in the same class that I'm familiar with) but with more tail; but a swallowtail.
Not a pintail, pretty symmetrical but a directional mount point and pretty high turn radius.
How does it ski?
