Sounds like my wife. She also is ready for the decorations to be put up. However, I do it, so not yet.
I’ve been holding the line for about ten years to keep decorations from going up until the weekend after T Day, but I may only have a couple years left of fight in me.
Halloween shit comes down 1st week in November, Christmas shit goes up a couple days after thanksgiving.
A lot of my Indian neighbors put up their Diwali lights in early October and just leave them on as holiday lights until late January. I’m talking whole house, professionally installed Clark Griswald style lights.
