Few options for ripening late tomatoes-->

If you have room hang the whole plant upside down.

Wrap individual fruits in newspapers and put in a box. Don't stack more than two deep. Takes a few weeks Check every so often and remove rotten ones.

Window seal. Blossom down ripens best but they roll around easy. Completely green ones usually won't ripen this way they seem to need just a hint of color.

Slice, slather in goat cheese, bread then quickly fry.

Drizzle with balsamic reduction.
