I think a sorta similar ski to this already exists already, the 189 Hotshot. Almost the exact same weight (2450g), length (186.5), mount point (-7.5), and shape as the 187 R110. Deep but low rocker lines, with camber instead of flat. They're a bit narrower underfoot and at the tail but have a similar tip width. I've got a few days on them now and they absolutely rip. Very damp and real easy in tight spaces too. Haven't got them in big open spots at high speeds yet but no folding in the tips I've noticed, seen a few people on the smaller size mention this. 6'0 195

To me they feel like a perfect combo of 2 of my favorite all time DDs I've used in the past, OG Obsethed and the Helldorado. Think a lot of people on here looking for a ski like this would really get along with them. (and with that I'll fuck myself right off out of this HL thread :tdo13:)

I got Mustonen's pair sharp enough that I shaved my face with em before shipping.

They’re pretty sharp the whole way. First skis with a one point five base bevel I’ve knowingly skied in a long time, though.

I’m too much of a beater to appreciate a good detune and defer to you on such matters, Shorty.

Lol... Custom tunes... Good to know that's an option.

Having said that I doubt I would ask for anything other than the way you shipped mine.

I have been skiing mine in low tide and I totally don't care about damage because that can be fixed, but I don't want to get them tuned because it won't be the same way you sent them out.

Haven’t gotten them out on snow (yet) but here are some photos of the revised AM110 protos. Came out pretty sweet with the galaxy themed Pivots. Green rubber bands show contact points.

Nice. I went -8.5, also based on MO's rec. I'm at -8.25 on the R120 and absolutely love it there. Look forward to hearing your feedback. I can't wait to give these a go, should be next week.

The AM110 v.2s look tasty and just what the doctor ordered. Very nice graphic too :)

Too bad I did not notice the pull down tab on the page, and MO did not reply to my question on them a couple of weeks back. Oh well, there's next season I guess when the kinks have been figured out. :) I look forward to getting your takes on them :)

180s and 193s are still avaliable on the site if anybody else is in the market to try it out.

MO can comment but there shouldnt be any changes to the current am100 shape. Its pretty damn dialed IMO.

Really looking forward to hearing more about the AM110s. The profile shot of the rocker camber lines looks sooo good. I'm hoping people who have ridden both will say something like 85% of the pivot of the R in soft, with enough camber to take the edge of flat landings, hard snow, and an afternoon of moguls.

Hey all! Short story long on the AM110... They are really fun and will see preorder in the near future.

The intent is to keep the "playful charger" vibe overall... so getting the right balance is important to me. Really excited to hear what folks think

We are currently verifying flex/rocker on the second draft with a handful of folks right now. The first draft came in a bit aggressive. The second draft has increased flex tip/tail, slightly rounder under foot, and increased tip/tail heights. If they need a third draft, I have space to press test skis and ski them this spring to validate.

The preorder for them will open as soon as the testing is complete. They are really fun and bring a nicely complimentary ride to collection. Looser and more surfy than FL105s and a more poplly conventional feel than the R110/FR110 skis.

The topsheets are definitely a lot cooler looking.
