Life has been perfect with no problems at all . So I thought I would join TGR for the abuse.
On skis for 45yrs and I can still keep up with the 20yr olds in the bumps ......but not all day . Love to get my feet off the ground in more ways than one . "Air Head" . Yeah I'm a bit slow too so I got that going for me .
Thought I'd do some pre-season workouts, here instead.
TGR noob, I'll ask my dumb questions later.
first post here, been lurking on TGR for awhile now. Skier from CA, skiing mostly in Squaw and Kirkwood.. hoping to talk skiing and get in on gear swap action too

From Russia, moved to Zürich 10 years ago. Shredding snow for the euros, and francs. Lurked for a while, now joining to share the stoke and hopefully find new buddies.

Hey Friends. First post here. Looking for discussion about hard boot snowboard carving and possibly some low intensity splitboarding shenanigans. I’m in Maine.
What are people ripping for boots? Having trouble fitting into the snowboard specific hard boots like UPZ or Deeluxe. Read a few discussions about Atomic Backlands. Tried on some Hawx XTD today and they felt great too. I’m only concerned with downhill performance.

Just found out about this forum from a new friend Chris I met on swifty up at big sky. Recently relocated to the area, traveling bartender (Everett’s), honest skier. Stop by for a drink or 6.
Philly area former late ‘80s early ‘90s skier / ski shop worker. Found beer and moved on. Thinking it’s a good idea to get back into it old and overweight. What could go wrong.

So, from Awlbany eh? How do you take your Stewarts cawfee? Black or with cream and sugah?
Large cold brew, no ice - stuff is jet fuel. Have to make sure you get the coldbrew and not iced coffee. They come out of similar plastic jugs from behind the counter but the iced coffee is pre sweetened with what tastes like neco wafers.Quote:
