Nobody had to do anything to me because I wasn't ripping anyone off. The skis were in a box with a UPS shipping label on them. they were going out on the next truck. I went on vacation shortly after he sent the money, and I just flat out forgot. But he called and I called UPS for a pick up, I would have even sent them next day if he thought that he was going skiing soon. The only thing that I am pissed about is that i was going to give him my card so that he could get them tuned and remounted at the shop for free, but he is the one who missed out there. Sofor all of you that are going to reply to this and anyone who wants to come to Vail and question my integrety, FUCK YOU!!!!!!!!!! Ask around in Vail, come into the shop whatever.

Rick, I didn't out you because I was giving you the benefit of the doubt even after I noticed that my check had been cashed and weeks were rolling by without an email or PM saying you got the check. Had you told me you needed time to get the skis out, there wouldn't have been a problem. Hell, I just made a deal with a mag in which I sent him skis and waited without any problems for a month in a half for him to ship mine because he was really busy at work. However, he did understand that communication was imperative for everything to go smoothly.
It's sketchy when I see that my check has been cashed, and then I don't hear from you again.
everything else is secondary to the fact that you made a choice to take his money by cashing the check. You only take someone's money when you are fully prepared to send them the goods they purchased with equal speed. If you were going to be on vacation you could have not cashed the check until you got back. Instead you put GBB at a disadvantage by having not only the goods he wanted but his payment in your possession at the same time.
