So...to chill the keg. 6" of ice under it, surround it with ice, fill 1/3 with water...It's the salt part I'm not getting. I get how it lowers the temp. of the water to allow it to be colder and chill faster..but how much salt? How long should it take to chill the keg?

keep pulling beers from the keg to check temp. after drinking 10 or 12, you will stop caring if its cold enough.

FYI, you should PRE log these in fitday, just to be proactive
