Can't send PMs

Just signed up and also can't send PMs... looks like everyone in this thread is just spamming until they get a high post count?

unlock PM ability without spamming the forum challenge (IMPOSSIBLE)

I had to create a new account after I somehow got locked out of my old one (LCCKid). Now I can't attach photos, can't PM anyone, can't create threads, and can't reply to threads in the gear swap. I don't remember having this issue years ago when I originally made my account. ANybody have advice?
