I've seen Northwoods closed a handful of times over the years. Now that I think of it, that's instead of requiring chains which no one has. They just send people to Alder Creek.Quote:

Anybody else out driving around Truckee yesterday? The official indoctrination to snow season. It was a total junk show!! Freeway closed, cars in ditches, trucks stuck. I was really happy to get home just as the sun poked through.
