While I didn't know Gripen at all personally, I do know that he was a valuable member of this community, and his presence here will be missed. RIP, Swedish flyer.

Damn....was afraid this was the inevitable but was holding hope he could get out yet again this season. Seems to have happened way too fast. Condolences to Gripen's friends and family. Way too young.
