If I were you, I’d go with gft. Don’t switch footbeds and use same liner in both boots. I would not want to tour in the other 2 liners and the gft (aside from hefty weight) is amazing to tour in. And gft is fantastic in an alpine boot as well.
If you have other touring liners you like, then go gara. It’s slightly better that gft - 1 it doesn’t get as warm, and when the gft gets very hot your foot can slide around a little even when buckled up and 2 gara is easier to get in and out of the shell because there’s no flex zone. Other than those two things, gft = other zip fits imo
